本文针对保定市对外劳务输出人员的英语需求、市内语言培训机构和培训方式展开调查研究,结果表明:对外劳务输出人员英语水平不一,对英语需求呈现多元化特点,市内英语培训缺乏统一有效的管理协调。根据对外劳务输出人员的英语需求,各培训主体应加大培训力度,合理安排培训内容,切实提高其英语交际沟通能力,增强其海外就业竞争力。
This paper aims at the English demand of Baoding labor exporting personnel, the investigation and study on the language training institutions and training methods in Baoding city. The results show that the English level of foreign labor exporters is different, the demand for English is diversified, and there is a lack of uniform training in English in the city Effective management and coordination. According to the English demand of exporting staff of foreign labor service, each training subject should increase the intensity of training, arrange the training content reasonably, effectively improve its English communicative communication ability and enhance its overseas employment competitiveness.
