社区卫生机构有效和高质量的服务,必须建立在良好的医患沟通基础之上,介于社区卫生服务对象的特殊性及服务功能的多样性,沟通工作在这一领域里显得尤为重要,本文从两个方面谈谈如何将沟通技巧应用于实践。①注重沟通的内涵建设:认识沟通的意义及分类;全面学习全科医学知识;学习相关心理学知识;加强语言修养。②沟通技巧的应用:在重要环节上下工夫,如接诊中的沟通,护理治疗中的沟通,入户服务中的沟通,电话回访及跟踪服务中的沟通,团体沟通等;掌握语言类沟通技巧;掌握非语言类沟通技巧。
The effective and high-quality services of community health organizations must be based on sound communication between doctors and patients, and must be based on the particularities of community health services and the diversity of service functions.
