本文运用弹性理论和晶体学基本知识对固溶体中的溶质原子徧聚规律进行了分析,取得了以下结果。(一)在二元固溶体中大尺寸溶质原于易形成近程有序的球状气团,而尺寸较小的置换式溶质原子易沿一定结晶面偏聚成片状富集体。(二)在多元固溶体中各种置换式溶质原子易围绕大原子形成复杂球状气团。(三)置换式溶质原子在fcc和hcp固溶体中可降低间隙原子的溶解量,而在bcc固溶体中却能提高间隙原子的溶解量。这些结果与实际是相符的。
In this paper, using the theory of elasticity and basic knowledge of crystallography, the law of solute atoms in solid solution was analyzed. The following results were obtained. (A) In the binary solid solution, the large-size solute is easy to form a short-range ordered spherical air mass, whereas the smaller substituted solute atoms tend to segregate into sheet-like aggregates along a certain crystal plane. (B) in a variety of solid solution in a variety of replacement solute atoms easily around the formation of large spherical spherical air mass. (C) Displacement solute atoms in the fcc and hcp solid solution can reduce the amount of dissolved interstitial atoms, but in the bcc solid solution can increase the amount of dissolved interstitial atoms. These results are in line with reality.
