目的 介绍一种临床行之有效的推上颌磨牙向远中移动的方法。方法 采用镍钛螺簧持续加力 ,并配合改良式口外力J钩和Ⅱ类颌间牵引来加强支抗 ,白天、晚上交替使用。对 8例 (男 3例 ,女5例 )Ⅱ类牙列拥挤患者实施上颌第一磨牙向远中移动。结果 上颌磨牙平均向远中移动的距离为 4.0 8± 0 .0 9mm(最多达 5 .6 8mm ,最少为 2 .1 2mm)。平均治疗时间为 1 0 .2 5周。上颌第一磨牙远中移动的速率为1 .6 0± 0 .0 1 3mm/每月。结论 应用镍钛螺簧持续加力并配合稳定的支抗口外力J钩和Ⅱ类颌间牵引 ,实现了磨牙的快速向远中移动且支抗稳固 ,也未出现其他不良作用。
Objective To introduce a clinically effective method of pushing the maxillary molars to the distal direction. Methods Nickel-titanium spiral spring was used to apply continuous force, and with the improved external force J hook and type Ⅱ intermaxillary traction to strengthen the support, alternately during the day and night. In 8 cases (3 males and 5 females) type Ⅱ dentition crowded patients with maxillary first molars moving to the far. Results The maxillary molars moved on average to a distance of 4.08 ± 0.09mm (up to 5.58mm, a minimum of 2.112mm). The average treatment time was 102.5 weeks. The maxillary first molars moved at a rate of 1.600 ± 0.013 mm / month. CONCLUSION: Ni-Ti coil spring with constant force and stable external force J hook and Ⅱ type intermaxillary traction can realize the molars move rapidly and steadily without any other adverse effects.
