中小企业对社会化服务的需求是广泛却有边界的,服务供给不足或供给过度,都不利于中小企业的健康发展。本文分析了中小企业发展服务的供给模式和供求偏差的主要表现;建立了提高中小企业发展服务供给能力的概念模型;指出我国企业发展服务市场目前普遍存在供小于求的情况,需要政府、协会商会和中介机构提高供给能力,为中小企业提供多层次、多功能、全方位的社会化服务;最后,以湖北省为例,评估该省中小企业发展服务的供求偏差,并指出修正偏差的主要途径。
The demand of SMEs for socialized services is broad and borderless, and the inadequate or over-provision of services is not conducive to the sound development of SMEs.
