平菇是近年来大面积进行人工栽培的食用菌。由于它营养价值高,栽培容易。经济效益显著而受到消费和生产者的欢迎。为了找到适应我省进行秋冬季露地栽培的优质、丰产的平菇菌种,我们在1982—1983的两年中,通过对37个平菇菌种的出菇比较试验,筛选出佛罗里达平菇(Pleurotus florida)和美味侧耳(Pleurotus sapidus)两个适宜我省秋、冬季栽培的优良平菇种类。凤尾菇(Pleurotus sajor—caju)是适宜春栽的优良平菇种类。现将两年来的试验结果整理报告如下,以供生产参考
Pleurotus ostreatus is an edible mushroom cultivated in large area in recent years. Because of its high nutritional value, cultivation is easy. Significant economic benefits are welcomed by consumers and producers. In order to find suitable high-quality and high-yield Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated in the open field in autumn and winter in our province, we screened out the Pleurotus ostreatus in Florida in two years of 1982-1983 Pleurotus florida and Pleurotus sapidus, which are suitable for autumn and winter cultivation in our province. Pleurotus sajor-caju is an excellent Pleurotus ostreatus suitable for spring planting. Now two years of test results are summarized below, for the production of reference
