随着改革开放的深入发展,上海的经济建设和科学研究都取得了显著的成果,但也都面临着严峻的挑战,其中极为重要的就是如何使科技发展与经济建设融为一体,把工业技术进步推向一个新的高度。为此,本刊编辑部和上海市经委科技处联合在上海计算技术研究所邀请了部分领导和科技工作者就上海工业企业技术进步问题举行了座谈。会上,大家对上海企业技术进步的现状作了中肯的分析,并畅所欲言,提出了许多很有见地的建议。现将座谈会发言整理刊登出来,供广大干部、企业家和科技工作者参考,并希望广大读者就此问题来信来稿,进一步探讨。要充分重视科学技术在搞活大中型企业中的积极作用周俊伟(市经委科技处):今天的会议是由我处与《华东科技管理》杂志联合召开的,这是我们第一次合作。我认为,举行这样的座谈会很有必要。今天议题的中心就是围绕“上海市企业技术进步”的有关问题进行探讨。目的是把自己企业所走过的道路,取得的经验教训提供出
With the in-depth development of reform and opening up, Shanghai’s economic construction and scientific research have achieved remarkable results, but they are also facing severe challenges. The most important one is how to integrate technological development with economic construction and put industrial technology into practice. Progress has been pushed to a new height. To this end, the editorial department of the journal and the Science and Technology Department of the Shanghai Economic Commission jointly invited some leaders and scientists and technicians at the Shanghai Institute of Computing Technology to hold discussions on the technical progress of Shanghai’s industrial enterprises. At the meeting, we gave a fair analysis of the status quo of Shanghai’s corporate technological progress, and we spoke freely and put forward many very insightful suggestions. The speeches of the symposium will be sorted out and published for the reference of cadres, entrepreneurs, and scientific and technological workers, and we hope that readers will write letters and further discussions on this issue. We must pay full attention to the positive role of science and technology in invigorating large and medium-sized enterprises. Zhou Junwei (Market Science and Technology Division): Today’s meeting was jointly organized by the Department and the East China Science and Technology Management magazine. This is our first cooperation. I think it is necessary to hold such a seminar.
