一、引言近年来在实验室及临床上,用动脈内加压输血、加压注射抗体克溶液及血液代用品等方法,以挽救创伤性、失血性和其他休克,引起了广泛性注意。及等分别地在实验研究中证明在临床死亡期,股动脈内加压逆血流注入高渗葡萄糖溶液可反射地引起心脏兴奋活动及血压升高。本实验的目的是为了阐明动脈注射高渗谷氨酸钠溶液能否增高失血性休克及创伤性休克的血压。
I.
