在开发CAPP系统时,工序图的自动生成是一项关键性技术难题。本文从工序图的生成机理和工序图的输出方式两个方面分析了现有工序图的绘制方法,在此基础上,介绍了某CAPP系统中工序图的生成原理、技术方法和程序框图。该CAPP系统中工序图绘制采用图素拼接法原理,根据CAPP系统生成的图形数据文件自动绘制每道工序的工序图。源程序由BA-SIC语言编写,自动生成命令组文件(.SCR文件),再由AUTOCAD调用命令组文件显示及输出工序图。该方法自动化程度高,绘制的工序图质量好。
Automatic generation of process diagrams is a key technical challenge when developing CAPP systems. This paper analyzes the drawing method of the existing process diagram from two aspects: the generation mechanism of the process diagram and the output of the process diagram. On this basis, it introduces the generation principle, technical methods and block diagram of the process diagram in a CAPP system. The CAPP system process diagram drawn using the principle of pixel mosaic, according to CAPP system generated graphics data file automatically draw the process diagram of each process. Source program written by BA-SIC language, automatically generate the command group file (. SCR file), and then call the AUTOCAD command group file display and output process diagram. This method has a high degree of automation, and the quality of the drawn process diagram is good.
