With the rapid development of hotel service industry,Chinese scholars have paid more attention to the service quality in recent years,service encounter is being a determinant factor to customer satisfaction of service quality.Service encounter theory focus on the quality of service transmission and execution,each process between service providers and customers are the moment of service encounter,therefore service encounter is the key point of success for quality of service delivery.On the basis of literature review of service encounter and service quality,this thesis begins with the“The service encounter triad model”and discuss the influence of service encounter for the hospitality industry,and put forward a new hypothesis on the basis of existing theory model,suggestions for how to use the service encounter theory improve the quality of service for the hospitality industry.
