8月14日,国务院办公厅对外发布了《关于多措并举着力缓解企业融资成本高问题的指导意见》(国办发[2014]39号)。《指导意见》指出,我国经济形势总体向好,但仍存在不稳定因素,下行压力依然较大,解决好企业特别是小微企业融资成本高问题,对于稳增长、促改革、调结构、惠民生具有重要意义。国务院办公厅提出的十条意见包括:保持货币信贷总量合理适度增长、抑制金融机构筹资成本不合理
On August 14, the General Office of the State Council released the Guiding Opinions on How to Take Measures to Mitigate the High Financing Costs of Enterprises (Guo Ban Fa [2014] No. 39). The Guiding Opinions pointed out that the overall economic situation in our country is generally favorable, but there are still unstable factors and downward pressure is still high. The issue of high financing costs for enterprises, especially for small and micro enterprises, is solved. It is of great significance for stabilizing growth, promoting reform, adjusting structure and benefiting Livelihood is of great significance. Ten Opinions of the General Office of the State Council include: Maintaining a reasonable and moderate increase in the total amount of money and credit, inhibiting the financing costs of financial institutions from being unreasonable
