本文报告丙谷胺的小白鼠急性LD_(50)为2187mg/kg。丙谷胺能有效地抑制幽门结扎鼠的胃溃疡和胃液分泌量;并能预防应激大鼠的胃溃疡;以及抑制消炎痛诱发大鼠的胃疡,丙谷胺钠抑制幽门结扎大鼠胃液分泌量的ED_(50)为316.2mg/kg;并对组胺刺激胃液
