目的观察精氨酸对胃癌病人围手术期免疫功能的影响。方法选择进展期胃癌病人47例,随机分成精氨酸组24例,对照组23例,精氨酸组病人在手术前后各应用1周精氨酸25g·日-1静脉滴注。两组病人分别于术前1天,术后第2,7,10天,抽取外周静脉血,检测细胞免疫功能指标。结果精氨酸组病人手术前后的淋巴细胞计数、CD+4细胞数目、CD+4/CD+8比值及NK细胞活性均明显高于对照组。结论精氨酸有改善胃癌病人围手术期细胞免疫功能,并能对手术引起免疫抑制亦有一定的缓解和恢复作用
Objective To observe the effect of arginine on perioperative immune function in gastric cancer patients. Methods Forty-seven patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups: arginine group (24 cases) and control group (23 cases). The arginine group was treated with arginine 25 g.day-1 intravenously for 1 week before and after surgery. Two groups of patients were collected peripheral venous blood 1 day before surgery, 2, 7, and 10 days after operation to test cellular immune function. Results The lymphocyte count, the number of CD+4 cells, the ratio of CD+4/CD+8, and the activity of NK cells before and after surgery in the arginine group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Arginine can improve the perioperative cellular immune function in patients with gastric cancer, and can also relieve and restore the immunosuppression caused by surgery.
