目的观察灯盏细辛干预血小板、凝血、纤溶等功能时对急性心肌梗塞溶栓治疗的影响。方法30条麻醉犬制成急性冠状动脉血栓形成模型,随机分为三组:生理盐水组;尿激酶组;尿激酶+灯盏细辛组。结果灯盏细辛能明显改善尿激酶溶栓后血小板聚集率、血小板血栓素B2(TXB2)、6酮前列环素等方面的变化(P<0.001),并且能升高血中组织型纤溶酶原激活物(tPA)(P<0.01)、抗凝血因子Ⅲ(ATⅢ)(P<0.05)浓度,降低纤溶酶原激活物的抑制物(PAI)浓度(P<0.001)。结论灯盏细辛可能使急性冠状动脉血栓形成时应用尿激酶溶栓治疗的再通率增加,再闭塞减少。
Objective To observe the effect of Erigeron Breviscapus on thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infarction when it interferes with platelet, coagulation, fibrinolysis and other functions. METHODS: Thirty anesthetized dogs were used to make acute coronary thrombosis models and randomly divided into three groups: normal saline group, urokinase group, urokinase + Dengzhanxin group. Results Erigeron Breviscapus could significantly improve the platelet aggregation rate, platelet thromboxane B2 (TXB2), 6-Keto-prostaglandin, etc. after urokinase thrombolysis (P<0.001), and it could increase the blood tissue. Plasminogen activator (tPA) (P<0.01), anticoagulation factor III (AT-III) (P<0.05), decreased plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI) Concentration (P<0.001). Conclusion Erigeron Breviscapus may increase the recanalization rate of thrombolysis with urokinase in acute coronary thrombosis and reduce the reocclusion.
