October 13-15, 2017, organized by the National Association of Higher Education Financial Management Research, Tianjin Normal University hosted the National Association of Higher Normal Colleges Financial Management Research Council of the Third Council and the thirtieth anniversary of the founding of the Tianjin Normal University University held.
