There is a Juxtaglomerular apparatus near the very proximal renal artery. It consists of the following four parts: a, ε cells (glomerular pericytes, epithelioid cells), two, dense plaque, three, Goormaghtigh cells, four, Becher’s cell population. Found that the solubility of Juxtaglio-granule particles in ε cells was consistent with that of Renin (renin proteinase).
