高职高专是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,与其他高等院校不同,高职高专院校体现了更多的职业教育的特点。公共英语是高职高专教育中重要的基础教育课程,随着我国改革开放的不断深入,与外国企业交涉也愈加频繁,英语的实际运用能力成了学生综合职业能力中愈发重要的能力之一。因此,近年来,高职高专院校正在不断探索公共英语教学改革的方向、策略,努力提高学生的英语水平。
Higher vocational colleges are an important part of higher education in our country. Different from other colleges and universities, higher vocational colleges embody more characteristics of vocational education. Public English is an important basic education curriculum in higher vocational education. With the deepening of reform and opening up in our country, the negotiation with foreign enterprises is also more and more frequent. The practical ability of English has become the more and more important ability of students in comprehensive vocational ability one. Therefore, in recent years, higher vocational colleges and universities are constantly exploring the direction of public English teaching reform strategies, and strive to improve students’ English level.
