为探讨恶性肿瘤患者红细胞免疫功能降低的原因,我们采用CNE-2培养液研究其肿瘤免疫抑制因子(TDSF)对红细胞免疫粘附(RCIA)作用的影响。 一、材料和方法: (一)实验组CNE-2培养液和对照组NEC(正常胎儿鼻咽上皮原代细胞)培养液均由中山医科大学肿瘤所提供。采用RPMI 1640加15％小牛血清作培养基。 (二)健康体检合格者120人,静脉抽血1ml,肝素抗凝,1500rpm洗涤离心三次。 (三)标准红细胞免疫粘附受体试验。 (四)标准红细胞免疫粘附抑制试验:1％人红细胞100μl,加各组不同处理的CNE-2培养液和
In order to explore the reasons for the decrease of erythrocyte immune function in patients with malignant tumors, we used CNE-2 culture medium to study the effect of tumor immunosuppressive factor (TDSF) on erythrocyte immune adherence (RCIA).
