β-+氢萘乙酯是一种具有花香与草香的合成香料。它是由β-萘酚经催化加氢所得之β-+氢萘醇再与醋酐酯化而得。β-+氢萘醇有四个稳定的异构体,因此在其酯化后也应得到四个β-+氢萘乙酯异构体。本文的目的是对四个异构体进行分离、定性和定量。 1.色谱条件及分析结果:仪器:Sp-2305全型。(附岛津CRIB微处理机),鉴定器:氢焰离子化鉴定器。色谱柱:不锈钢管,内径:4mm,长:2M,固定相:10%PEG20M,6201釉化担体(60~80目),
β-Hydroxaphthyl ethyl ester is a synthetic fragrance with floral and grassy fragrances. It is β-naphthol obtained by catalytic hydrogenation of β- naphthalene alcohol esterification with acetic anhydride derived. Beta-Hydrolol has four stable isomers and therefore should also give four beta-hydronaphthalene isomers after its esterification. The purpose of this paper is to separate, characterize and quantify four isoforms. 1. Chromatographic conditions and analysis results: Instrument: Sp-2305 all type. (With Shimadzu CRIB microprocessor), Identification: hydrogen flame ionization detector. Column: stainless steel tube, inner diameter: 4mm, length: 2M, stationary phase: 10% PEG20M, 6201 enamel carrier (60-80 mesh)
