从患“吊头病”胡子鲇 (Clariasfuocus)的肝、肠和腹水分离出病原菌 ,用浸泡法和投喂法进行感染试验 ,两种方法的死亡率都在 80 %以上。通过细菌学和应用全自动化微生物鉴定系统 (VITEK - 12 0 )鉴定 ,结果表明 ,鲁氏不动杆菌 (Acinetobacterlwoffii)是胡子鲇“吊头病”的病原菌。用 2 5种抗生素进行敏感试验表明 ,鲁氏不动杆菌对其中大部分药物敏感 ,如普乐健、链霉素、卡那霉素、庆大霉素等 ,但对四环素、红霉素、苯唑青霉素、头孢他定不敏感。
Pathogens were isolated from the liver, intestine and ascites of the “head disease” Clariasfuocus and tested for infection by soaking and feeding methods, both of which had an 80% mortality rate. The bacteriological identification and application of a fully automated microbial identification system (VITEK-120) indicated that Acinetobacter lwoffii was the causal agent of the “head-on disease” of beard noodles. Sensitization test with 25 kinds of antibiotics showed that most of them were sensitive to Acinetobacter baumannii, such as dipyridamole, streptomycin, kanamycin, gentamicin, but tetracycline, erythromycin, Oxacillin, ceftazidime insensitive.
