针对大学校园浪费这一普遍现象,今年3月,武汉科技大学的15名同学从该校新校区学生食堂南园餐厅入手调查。调查结果显示,该食堂一年倒掉的饭菜价值上百万元!不仅饭菜浪费的比例高达1／10,而且大学生们浪费的理由更令人震惊:“我有钱,我浪费得起。”这是家境好的大学生的论调。更有甚者说:“吃不完就倒掉,从某种角度来说就是爱国,是增加农民的收入。”最令人不解的是,一些家境并不富裕的学生,每次吃饭都故意剩一点儿,原因竟是怕别人笑他们吃得太干净,说他们没见过饭菜。
In view of the general phenomenon of university campus waste, in March this year, 15 students from Wuhan University of Science and Technology started an investigation from the student cafeteria Nanyuan restaurant of the school’s new campus. According to the survey results, the food value of the cafeteria dropped by one million yuan in one year! Not only is the ratio of food wasted by as much as 1/10, but the reason why college students waste is even more shocking: “I have money, I can afford it.” This is the argument of a good university student. What is even worse is that: “If you can’t finish it, you’ll lose it. From a certain point of view, it’s patriotism. It’s increasing the income of the peasants.” What’s most puzzling is that some students who are not well-off are eating every meal. The intention was to leave a little more, because the reason was afraid that people laughed and they were eating too cleanly, saying that they had not seen meals.
