要制造高精度的工具圆锥量规,并且能够保持其精度,关键是尺寸稳定。而影响尺寸稳定性的主要因素有三个,即马氏体的析出、残余奥氏体的转变和内应力的消除。要提高尺寸稳定性,便要设法降低马氏体的正方性、减少残余奥氏体和消除内应力。基于上述理由,在制造量规过程中,如何编排工艺路线就成为关键。据此,根据产品技术条件,我们参照有关试验研究报告,制定了热处理工艺,经多年实际生产使用证明,产品质量是稳定可靠的。
To create high-precision tool cone gauge, and to maintain its accuracy, the key is dimensional stability. There are three main factors affecting the dimensional stability, namely the precipitation of martensite, the transformation of retained austenite and the elimination of internal stress. To improve dimensional stability, we must try to reduce the square of martensite, reduce residual austenite and eliminate internal stress. For these reasons, in the process of manufacturing gauge, how to arrange the process route becomes the key. Accordingly, according to the product technical conditions, we refer to the relevant experimental report, developed a heat treatment process, after years of actual production and use of proof, product quality is stable and reliable.
