苦丁茶是一种新兴的健康饮料,长期以来都是野生,近年来由于它的保健功能被社会共识,掀起一股栽培苦丁茶热,现在广大苦丁茶农急需成套的苦丁茶栽培、加工技术。为此,由贵州省农推总站,贵州省茶叶科学研究所联合举办了苦丁茶栽培、加工技术培训班,参加培训的有安顺市、遵义市、铜仁地区、六盘水市、黔南州、黔东南州、毕节地区、贵阳市共100多人,培训班由省茶科所的老师对苦丁茶的栽培技术、加工技术、生产标准化方面作了专门讲解,受到了学员的一致好评。这次培训为苦丁茶科学技术的普及和提高起到了一定的推动作用,为贵州苦丁茶产业奠定了基础。
Kudingcha is a new health drink that has long been wild. In recent years, its health care function has been widely recognized by the community, setting off a heat of cultivation of Kuding tea. Now Kuding tea farmers are in urgent need of complete sets of Kudingcha cultivation, Processing Technology. To this end, Guizhou Province Nongfu Bus Station, Guizhou Province Institute of Tea jointly organized Kudingcha cultivation, processing technology training classes to participate in the training of Anshun City, Zunyi City, Tongren, Liupanshui City, Qiannan Prefecture, Guizhou Southeast, Bijie Prefecture, Guiyang City, a total of more than 100 people, the training course by the Provincial Tea Academy teachers on the cultivation of Kudingcha technology, processing technology, production standardization made a special explanation, by the students alike. The training has played a certain role in promoting the popularization and improvement of science and technology of Kudingcha, laying a foundation for Guizhou Kudingcha industry.
