【目的】研究菱斑巧瓢虫对核桃黑斑蚜捕食功能,为核桃黑斑蚜的生物防治提供依据。【方法】室内采用Holling圆盘实验。【结果】1~4龄及成虫菱斑巧瓢虫对核桃黑斑蚜的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ型圆盘方程,日最大捕食量分别为14.33、48.31、96.36、151.52和133.33头。【结论】1~4龄及成虫菱斑巧瓢虫对核桃黑斑蚜的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ型圆盘方程,且各龄幼虫及成虫的寻找效应均随着猎物密度的增加而降低。4龄幼虫的捕食功能最强,其次为3龄、成虫、2龄和1龄。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the predation function of the leaf ladybug on the black walnut aphid and to provide evidence for the biological control of the walnut aphid. 【Method】 Indoor Holling disk experiment. 【Result】 The predation functional responses of the 1st to 4th instar and Adult Leptospira pachyrhizi to the walnut Aphis gossypii were in accordance with the Holling Ⅱ disc equation. The maximum daily predation numbers were 14.33, 48.31, 96.36, 151.52 and 133.33, respectively. 【Conclusion】 The predation functional responses of Spodoptera frugiperda from 1 to 4 instars and adults to Holocene Aphis gossypii both conform to the HollingⅡ-type disc equation. The search effects of larvae and adults at all instars decrease with the increase of prey density. The 4th instar larvae had the strongest predation function, followed by 3rd instar, 2nd instar and 1st instar.
