十五年前,我们在经济管理体制中进行了实质性的改革。一方面,我们极力坚持计划经济,克服困难,克服资源紧张的问题,另一方面,我们在经济中实行了新制度、新方法。我们通过同时兼顾这两个方面来完成我们的经济任务。改革对匈牙利的经济发展产生了重大的影响。归根到底,体制改革的使命是为了解决社会主义社会前进中的一些矛盾,使社会的职能不断加强与完善。改革改变了领导生产的方式,进一步解放了生产力。从长远看,经济改革是社会改革的有机组成部分,这个历史使命是马克思主义社会科学规定的。 Fifteen years ago, we conducted a substantive reform in the economic management system. On the one hand, we strongly adhere to the planned economy, overcome difficulties and overcome the problem of resource constraints. On the other hand, we have introduced new systems and new methods in our economy. We accomplish our economic tasks by taking both these two aspects into account. The reforms have had a significant impact on Hungary’s economic development. In the final analysis, the mission of structural reform is to solve some of the contradictions in the progress of socialist society and to continuously strengthen and perfect the functions of society. Reform has changed the way leading production and further liberating the productive forces. In the long run, economic reform is an integral part of social reform. This historical mission is stipulated by Marxist social science.
