随着环境污染影响的研宄逐步深入,室内污染对人体健康的影响日益为人们所重视。为了掌握不同生活燃料的燃烧所致室内空气污染物的致突变性,从人体健康角度来评价各种燃料燃烧与室内污染的关系,我们于1986年10月在上海县农村,进行了燃用不同生活燃料的室内空气中飘尘的Ames试验,并以单位量受试物致突变作用倍数作为评价指标。结果认为,在燃用煤、柴、液化气、沼气四种燃料中,致突变作用种类以液化气
With the research and development of environmental pollution gradually deepening, indoor pollution has an increasing impact on human health. In order to grasp the mutagenicity of indoor air pollutants caused by the combustion of different living fuels and to evaluate the relationship between various fuel combustion and indoor pollution from a human health perspective, Ames test of living fuel in the airborne dust in the air, and the unit amount of the test substance mutagenicity multiples as an evaluation index.
