医院的文书档案管理承担着为临床医疗、教学、科研服务的任务,是医院档案管理体系重要组成部分。本文总结了医院文书档案管理的性质和特点,并分析出当前医院在文书档案管理方面所存在的问题,并结合笔者的实际经验,提出了加强文书档案管理的主要措施,以期提供有益借鉴。
The hospital’s document file management assumes the tasks of clinical medical care, teaching, and scientific research. It is an important part of the hospital’s file management system. This article summarizes the nature and characteristics of hospital document file management, and analyzes the existing problems in the management of document files in the hospital. Combined with the author’s practical experience, it puts forward the main measures to strengthen document file management in order to provide useful lessons.
