本文目的是介绍用非腐蚀性钎剂的铝钎焊工艺的开发和试验。在过去四十多年中,曾有好几种铝组合件的炉内钎焊法被推荐过,其中有些已经交付商业使用并取得了不同程度的成功。最古老而广泛的方法是用氯化物钎剂的钎焊法。使用这种钎剂会造成吸水的腐蚀性残渣留在工件表面,因而需要高成本的钎后处理方能获得足够的耐蚀性。像用水洗、酸渍后使其表面钝化就是一种去除工件上残留钎剂的常用方法。
The purpose of this paper is to introduce the development and testing of aluminum brazing processes with non-corrosive fluxes. Over the past four decades, there have been several methods of brazing in-furnace brazing of several aluminum assemblies, some of which have been commercially used and have achieved varying degrees of success. The oldest and most widely used method is brazing with a chloride flux. The use of such flux can cause water-absorbent, corrosive residues to remain on the surface of the workpiece, thus requiring a high cost of brazing to achieve sufficient corrosion resistance. Like washing with water, the surface passivation after pickling is a common method of removing residual flux on the workpiece.
