退休人员档案是各单位单位、组织、人事等机构在聘用、审核、奖惩、选举与任用等工作中形成的关于退休人员个人经历、政治觉悟、业务技术能力、工作情况还有工作变动等方面的文件信息,是历史地、全方位地、如实地反映退休人员情况的参考,是国家档案的关键构成部分。伴随退休人员数目的增多与国家有关老龄工作的全方位推动,退休人员的档案管理任务更为重要与迫切,要求我们实施合理措施认真进行应对,来更好地满足退休人员管理的需求。
The file of retirees is the retirement personnel ’s personal experience, political awareness, business skills, work conditions and job changes formed in the hiring, auditing, rewards and punishments, election and appointment of institutions, organizations and personnel agencies. Document information is a historical, comprehensive and truthful reference to the situation of retirees and is a key component of the national archives. With the increase of the number of retirees and the all-round promotion of the aged work in the country, the file management tasks of retirees are more and more important and urgent, requiring us to take reasonable measures to deal with them seriously to better meet the needs of retirees management.
