现代篮球在移动和防守方面都具有扩大活动区域、速度动作多变的特点。篮球运动员防守动作的效果,主要取决于他们在比赛时作出简单的和复杂的动作反应速度,以及完成单个动作和相互联系的连续动作速度。在此以前,篮球运动员的动作速度通常是模拟比赛中的具体情形来测定的,例如运用操纵台的杠杆和按纽来测定运动员一般动作的反应时间。对于篮球运动员的移动方式一般是通过实战来考察。
Modern basketball in the mobile and defensive areas have to expand the activities of the region, the speed of changing movement characteristics.
