内源性凝集素是一类存在于动物体内的糖结合蛋白.近年来发现了肿瘤内源性凝集素后,人们开始研究糖蛋白作为靶向载体的可能.为探索肝癌内源性凝集素在拟糖蛋白一药物靶向中的作用,本研究制备了7种MTX-拟糖蛋白,在体外观察了这些复合物对肝癌细胞的杀伤作用.
Endogenous lectin is a kind of sugar-binding protein that exists in animals. After the discovery of tumor endogenous lectin in recent years, people began to study the possibility of glycoprotein as a targeting carrier. To explore endogenous lectin in liver cancer In the study of the role of glycoprotein-targeting drugs, seven MTX-mimetic glycoproteins were prepared in this study. The killing effect of these complexes on hepatoma cells was observed in vitro.
