国内邻苯二酚的生产及消费本文介绍邻苯二酚的生产及消费。1.邻苯二酚生产新技术:国内大部分厂家采用邻氯苯酚碱解法生产邻苯二酚,此法为落后方法,新的生产技术有(1)苯酚羟基化法:以苯酚和过氧化氢为原料,磷酸盐、氧化钾等为催化剂,直接在苯酚上的邻位和对位发生羟基化反应,生成邻苯二酚和对苯二酚,然后经分馏精制得邻苯二酚。该法原料廉价易得,流程短,工艺简单,三废少,成本低,但操作难度大,技术含量高,使用高浓度的双氧水,有爆炸的危险,操作严格,注意安全。法国罗纳-普朗克公司、日本宇部兴产和意大利埃尼公司采用此法。祁晓岚等开发的苯酚羟基化改进技术使用含稀土杂原子的MOR结构的沸石分子筛作催化
