随着国际分工的逐步深化和国际经济一体化趋势的不断加强,跨国公司已作为一种普遍经济现象,显现在世界经济区域的广大方位上,其类型之多,触角之广,令人瞩目.90年代将是中国经济腾飞的年代,亦是跨国公司发展的全盛时期.历史的机遇与世纪的呼唤相交相错,机不可失,时不再来.我们须进一步深化对跨国公司的研究,正确认识其地位和作用,以便发展和加速本国的跨国投资和跨国经营
With the gradual deepening of the international division of labor and the continuous strengthening of the trend of international economic integration, multinational corporations have emerged as a universal economic phenomenon and have appeared in the broad orientation of the world economic region. The types of the multinational corporations are numerous and striking. The 1990s will be the era of China’s economic takeoff and the heyday of the development of multinational companies. The opportunities of history and the call of the century are mutually exclusive and wrong. They will not be lost. We must further deepen our research on transnational corporations and correctly understand them. Its status and role in order to develop and accelerate its transnational investment and transnational operations
