脂溢性角化是一种临床常见的皮肤良性肿瘤。近年来对脂溢性角化的研究表明,该病发生可能与年龄、日光照射等有关。治疗方面,国内外学者均力求于找到创面小,减少瘢痕形成等不良反应较小的治疗方案,激光仍是目前该病治疗的首选方法。近年来,我科应用CO2激光治疗面部脂溢性角化2336例,取得了良好的效果,现报告如下。
Seborrheic keratosis is a common clinical skin benign tumor. In recent years, seborrheic keratosis studies have shown that the disease may be related to age, sunlight and so on. Treatment, scholars at home and abroad are trying to find a small wound, reduce scar formation and other adverse reactions of smaller treatment options, the laser is still the preferred method of treatment of the disease.
