“十一五”期间,四川融资总量迅速增长,为区域经济社会持续快速发展发挥了重要作用。“十二五”是四川经济发展的上升期,面临深入推进西部大开发和西部经济发展高地建设、全面统筹城乡改革发展、全方位扩大开放合作等机遇,这些机遇和变化将对融资规模和结构提出新的要求。本文对四川“十一五”融资情况及“十二五”时期的融资战略选择进行了分析研究,并提出了相关政策建议。
