证券市场的效率一般是指证券市场的外在效率,证券市场有效性理论主要是基于对证券市场外在效率的解说。市场有效性理论是现代资本市场理论的重要基石,本文通过对证券市场的有效性理论的分析,提出中国加强资本市场朝向有效性方向发展的一些建议。
The efficiency of the securities market generally refers to the external efficiency of the securities market. The theory of the effectiveness of the securities market is mainly based on the explanation of the external efficiency of the securities market. Market efficiency theory is an important cornerstone of modern capital market theory. Based on the analysis of the validity theory of securities market, this paper puts forward some suggestions that China should strengthen the capital market toward the direction of effectiveness.
