家庭教育工作开展得如何,直接关系到孩子的终身发展,关系到千家万户的切身利益,关系到国家和民族的未来。文章围绕习近平总书记强调的“要重视家庭建设,注重家庭、注重家教、注重家风”的观点,结合当下中国家庭和独生之女状况,提出家庭教育的若干重要方面:人格培养是家庭教育之首;惩罚和训诫在家庭教育中不可或缺;能力培养是家庭教育之重;引导加鼓励方显家庭温馨;健康、安全和友善教育缺一不可。
How to carry out family education is directly related to the children’s lifelong development and the vital interests of every household and the future of the country and the nation. Based on the viewpoint of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s emphasis on family construction, focusing on family, focusing on tutoring and paying attention to family style, this paper presents several important aspects of family education based on the current situation of Chinese family and only daughter: Punishment and admonition are indispensable in family education; ability cultivation is the priority of family education; guidance and encouragement are given to family warmth; and health, safety and friendly education are indispensable.
