目的 研究单纯疱疹病毒 2型 (HSV -2 )对人单核细胞表达HLA -Ⅱ类抗原 (HLA -DR、HLA -DQ)的影响 ,探讨单核细胞及HLA -Ⅱ类抗原在单纯疱疹病毒 2型感染中的作用。方法 用单纯疱疹病毒 2型 ( 3 3 3株 )感染人单核细胞 ,于感染后 1、3、5、7d分别收集细胞 ,用APAAP法检测单核细胞HLA -DR、HLA -DQ表达水平。结果 单纯疱疹病毒 2型感染后 1,单核细胞表达HLA -DR、HLA -DQ抗原水平明显降低 ,以后均逐渐升高 ,至 7d达到对照组水平。结论 单纯疱疹病毒 2型感染早期能抑制单核细胞表达HLA -Ⅱ类抗原 ,HSV -2抑制单核细胞表达HLA -II类抗原可能是HSV -2逃避机体的手段之一。HLA -Ⅱ类抗原在单纯疱疹病毒 2型致病及免疫过程中可能起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of HSV-2 on the expression of HLA-Ⅱ antigen (HLA-DR, HLA-DQ) in human monocytes and to explore the role of monocytes and HLA-Ⅱ antigens in herpes simplex virus 2 Type infection in the role. Methods Human herpes simplex virus type 2 (3 3 3 strains) were infected with human monocytes. Cells were harvested at 1, 3, 5 and 7 days after infection. HLA-DR and HLA-DQ expression levels were detected by APAAP. Results After HSV-2 infection, the expression of HLA-DR and HLA-DQ antigen in mononuclear cells decreased significantly, and gradually increased afterwards, reaching the level of the control group on the 7th day. Conclusions Herpes simplex virus type 2 infection inhibits the expression of HLA class II antigens in monocytes and HSV - 2 inhibits the expression of HLA class II antigens in monocytes. HLA class II antigens may play an important role in the herpes simplex virus type 2 pathogenicity and immune processes.
