图形视诱发电位(PVEP)能客观地反映视觉通路的完整性。我们对11例单侧眼球钝挫伤患者进行白黑、红黑方格刺激的PVEP检查,发现9例(81.81%)出现白黑方格PVEP的异常,100%表现红黑方格PVEP异常。尤其是2例视力0.7至0.8的患眼,眼底虽然正常,白黑方格PVEP正常,却出现红黑方格PVEP的潜伏期延长,波幅下降。提示红黑PVEP在反映眼球钝挫伤后视神经通路功能方面比白黑方格PVEP更为敏感。
Visual Evoked Potential (PVEP) can objectively reflect the integrity of the visual pathway. In 11 cases of unilateral eye contusion patients with white black, red and black square PVEP examination revealed that 9 cases (81.81%) white black square PVEP abnormalities, 100% performance red black square PVEP abnormalities. In particular, 2 cases of visual acuity of 0.7 to 0.8 eyes, although normal fundus, white and black box PVEP normal, but there is a red and black box PVEP latency is prolonged, amplitude decreased. It is suggested that red and black PVEP are more sensitive than white and black squares PVEP in reflecting the function of optic nerve pathway after blunt traumatic eyeball.
