农村分支机构是组织农村通信的基层生产单位。在我县邮电通信中,它的服务面积占全县的99%,服务人口占全县的92.8%,邮电业务收入占全局的48%。它工作成效的大小,直接影响到企业各项任务的完成。近几年来,我们对分支机构的管理工作,始终坚持目标管理,实行严密的监督检查,保证整顿成果和创建标准化支局、所的各项措施得以落实。
Rural branches are the primary production units that organize rural communications. In our county postal and telecommunications, its service area accounts for 99% of the county, service population accounts for 92.8% of the county, posts and telecommunications service revenue accounted for 48% of the overall situation.
