坚持在邓小平理论指导下不断解放思想 ,努力开创大兴安岭解放思想的新境界 ,既是正确贯彻党的解放思想、实事求是的思想路线 ,解决大兴安岭地区改革和经济发展相对滞后问题的客观要求 ,又是着眼于未来 ,把一个充满机遇和希望的大兴安岭全面推向 2 1世纪的正确抉择。一、解放思想 ,更新观念 ,是关系大兴安岭发展前途和命运的重大问题 ;二、解放思想 ,更新观念 ,必须立足于促进大兴安岭加快发展 ;三、解放思想 ,更新观念 ,重在优化经济发展环境。
