以安太堡露天矿9#煤火区为研究对象,针对其地质资料不全,火情复杂多变的现状,开展了一系列的理论分析与现场研究,提出了采用以地质探测和钻孔测温相结合的方法进行探测,并通过温度场的反演判定了火区的分布范围和发展程度。
