在临床上,泌乳素腺瘤是一种比较常见的疾病,在垂体功能性肿瘤当中的发生率占据首位,患者女性居多,男性出现此种疾病的案例较少,主要的临床症状就是闭经、泌乳等,如果不对其进行及时治疗,则会对患者的身体健康产生严重不利的影响。本文主要研究患泌乳素瘤大鼠相关免疫细胞与免疫分子变化的情况,通过检测大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、B淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞、免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM及补体C3、C4水平的变化情况进行观察和研究,希望对临床泌乳素瘤患者的检测和治疗提供一定的参考。
Clinically, prolactinomas are a common form of disease, with a high prevalence of functional tumors in the pituitary gland. Female patients are predominantly female, with fewer cases of malaria. The main clinical symptoms are amenorrhea, lactation Etc., if not treated promptly, it will have a serious adverse impact on the patient’s health. In this paper, we mainly study the changes of related immune cells and immune molecules in prolactinoma-induced rats. By detecting the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets, B lymphocyte subsets, NK cells, immunoglobulin IgA, IgG, IgM and complement C3, C4 levels of changes observed and studied in the hope that the detection and treatment of clinical prolactinomas provide some reference.
