“以美育人”的音乐教研组建设策略

学科教研组是教师专业发展的重要平台,是深化课程改革的组织形式,是学校提升教育教学质量与核心竞争力的基本单位.在“五育”并举的新型育人理念下,音乐教研组的功能不仅仅局限于布置教学任务和教学进度、组织集体备课等,更需要通过加强教研组建设,将先进理念切实转化为教师的教学行为,从而提高教师专业发展水平、打造优质高效课堂、提升校本研修质量、丰富学校美育工作内涵发展,实现学科的育人价值.
