铂类药物广泛用于多种癌症的化疗,特别对卵巢癌疗效明显,但临床发现该类药物有诱发白血病的作用。本文报道了北美和欧洲地区28971例卵巢癌患者应用铂类药物化疗后白血病发病情况的研究结果。
Platinum drugs are widely used in a variety of cancer chemotherapy, especially ovarian cancer significant effect, but the clinical findings of these drugs have the role of leukemia. This article reports the results of a study of 28971 patients with ovarian cancer in North America and Europe using leukemia after platinum-based chemotherapy.
