目的 了解白血病病人异基因造血干细胞移植后患者TCRVβT细胞免疫功能重建的情况。方法 采用RT PCR扩增 5例CML和 1例AML M 2a移植后 ( 1~ 7个月 )患者外周血单核细胞的TCRVβ2 4个亚家族基因 ,分析其TCRVβ亚家族的表达情况。 结果 不同标本中仅检测到 2 8Vβ亚家族的T细胞 ,不同患者中缺乏的TCRVβ亚家族不尽相同。 结论 移植后病人外周血TCRVβ亚家族T细胞部分受抑制 ,此方法可详细了解病人T细胞免疫功能重建的情况。
Objective To understand the reconstitution of TCR Vβ T cell immune function in leukemia patients after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods RT-PCR was used to amplify TCRVβ2 subfamily genes of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in 5 patients with CML and 1 patient with AML M 2a (1-7 months) after transplantation. The expression of TCRVβ subfamily was analyzed. RESULTS: Only T cells of the 28V beta subfamily were detected in different specimens. The lack of TCR V beta subfamily in different patients was not the same. Conclusion The peripheral blood TCR Vβ subfamily T cells are inhibited in patients after transplantation. This method can provide a detailed understanding of the patient’s T cell immune function reconstruction.
