目的探讨放射工作人员长期接触小剂量放射线,对其健康状况的影响。方法利用廊坊市疾病预防控制中心2008年对全市范围内各级医疗单位、厂矿企业从事放射工作的人员健康检查资料进行分析。结果放射工作人员出现脱发、记忆力减退等神经系统症状和晶状体浑浊的比率有所增加,异常检出率与对照组相比,χ2值分别为24.35和14.76,均P<0.01;淋巴细胞微核率、淋巴细胞阳性检出率均高于对照组,χ2值分别为29.25和17.76,均P<0.01。结论低剂量辐射对人体的危害不容忽视,应加强放射工作人员的防护工作。
Objective To investigate the long-term exposure of radiation workers to low doses of radiation and their health effects. Methods The Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Langfang City in 2008 analyzed the health checkup data of personnel engaged in radioactive work by medical units and factories and mines at all levels within the city. Results The ratio of neurological symptoms and lens opacity such as hair loss and memory loss of radiographers increased. The abnormality detection rate was 24.35 and 14.76 respectively compared with the control group (P <0.01). The micronucleus rate of lymphocytes , The positive rate of lymphocytes were higher than the control group, χ2 values were 29.25 and 17.76, all P <0.01. Conclusion The harm of low dose radiation to the human body can not be ignored, and radiation workers should be strengthened.
