对我国煤矿目前常用的瓦斯抽采管网计量监控系统进行了详细的对比研究与分析,总结得出了其优缺点,同时结合松藻煤电公司瓦斯泵站所采用的不同抽采管网计量监控系统进行现场应用研究和对比分析,发现采用循环自激式流量计和横向漫反射红外瓦斯浓度传感器的瓦斯抽采管网计量监控系统在实现瓦斯抽采准确、稳定、方便、经济等方面具有巨大的优越性。
In this paper, a detailed comparative study and analysis on gas metering and monitoring system for gas extraction pipelines currently used in coal mines in our country are concluded. The advantages and disadvantages of the system are summed up. Combined with different pumping pipe networks used by gas pumping stations in Songzao Coal and Electricity Company Monitoring system for field application research and comparative analysis found that the use of circulating self-excited flow meter and horizontal diffuse infrared gas concentration sensor gas drainage network monitoring and control system in achieving gas extraction accuracy, stability, convenience, economy and so on Huge superiority.
