本文用渗漉法与回流法对用不同工艺生产的中药生脉饮中人参总皂甙含量进行了检测与比较,结果以加热回流法测定的结果更为准确,含量更高。
In this paper, the total ginsenosides content in Shengmaiyin, which was produced by different techniques, was measured and compared by the percolation method and the reflux method. The results obtained by the heated reflux method were more accurate and higher in content.
