LD10铝合金棒材试样的最佳预处理工艺为固熔、过时效、镦粗+拔长;其板材试样的最佳预处理工艺为固熔、过时效、温轧。超塑拉伸试验表明:经超塑预处理的棒材试样,最佳变形温度为460℃、最佳应变速率为3.33×10~(-3)s~(-1),最高延伸率为357%,其流动应力为20MPa;经超塑预处理的板材试样,最佳变形温度为460℃。最佳应变速率为5×10~(-3)s~(-1),最高延伸率为820%。其流动应力为48MPa。变形前材料是未再结晶的变形组织状态,其在超塑性变形过程中通过连续动态再结晶的过程获得更细小的等轴晶粒是显示出良好超塑性能的一个原因。
The best pretreatment technology for LD10 aluminum alloy bar sample is solid-melt, over-aged, upsetting and drawing. The best pretreatment process for the plate samples is solid solution, over-aging and warm-rolling. The results of superplastic tensile tests show that the optimum deformation temperature is 460 ℃ and the optimum strain rate is 3.33 × 10 ~ (-3) s ~ (-1) with the highest elongation of 357%, the flow stress of 20MPa; pre-treated by superplastic plate samples, the optimum deformation temperature is 460 ℃. The best strain rate is 5 × 10 ~ (-3) s ~ (-1) and the highest elongation is 820%. Its flow stress is 48MPa. The material before deformation is a non-recrystallized deformed microstructure, and the reason why the fine equiaxed grains are obtained through the process of continuous dynamic recrystallization in the process of superplastic deformation is one reason for showing good superplasticity.
